In this round, the awarded students were named based on their remarkable achievements through their education and experiences, showing a dedication to making a positive impact in the industry as they prepare to graduate.

The December 2024 cohort of Trepp's Future Leaders Award winners includes three graduate and five undergraduate students who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and a strong work ethic, setting them on a path to success in the commercial real estate industry.

As part of the process, Trepp's education committee reviewed applications from candidates who showcased their academic achievements, relevant work experiences, and passion for the industry.
